About The Position

Requirements

• CNA and CMT certification with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• No attendance issues.
• A belief in making a difference in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and companion care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Read the client’s care plan and assessments to provide consistent quality care based on the care plan for each client.
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures.
• Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing.
• Observe clients and recognize changes in their behavior or health, then notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
