About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals who thrive on helping others and making a difference in their lives. As a CNA/CHHA, you will provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in their personal care needs, and collaborate with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Additionally, you will encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA.
• Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs.
• Work with the Nurse to update residents' personal Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
