Requirements
- Current and valid PA Nursing Assistant Certification
- The position must work the minimum hours in a four (4) week period master schedule as outlined in the program levels to remain eligible for associated wage rate in that level.
- Orientation must be initiated within two (2) weeks and completed within six (6) weeks of the employment date.
- Minimum of sixteen (16) hours of orientation at the preferred campus to pick-up shifts.
Responsibilities
- Care for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living departments while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living.
- Provide care and services to residents as defined by individualized care plans.
- Care and services include, but are not limited to: ADL assistance, mobility assistance, positioning assistance and feeding assistance.
