Join Our Caring Team! Aston Park is hiring CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our dedicated and compassionate team! Openings for full-time (30+hrs), part-time with benefits (20+hrs), and part-time no benefits (19 hrs. or less)! What We Offer Competitive pay per hour based on experience Additional $4/hour for weekend shifts (Friday 11pm – Monday 7am) Additional $3/hour for second shift hours (Monday – Friday 3pm -11pm) Additional $2/hour for third shift hours (Monday 11pm – Thursday 7am) Additional $2/hour for teammates who opt out of benefits Benefits (medical, PTO, etc.) eligibility beginning after just 30 days of employment Your Role As a CNA, you will: Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately. Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments. Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment. Qualifications

Requirements

Must possess at minimum a 10th grade education.
Graduation from an accredited CNA program.
Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina.
CPR certification or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities
