Requirements

Current CPR certification or upon hire.
Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
Must have a current nursing assistant license (CNA) in the state of Florida
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
must pass a level ll background

Nice To Haves

Previous experience is great but not required.
One year of C N A experience preferred
Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Provide quality-nursing care to our residents
Assist residents with hygiene needs
Feeding, bathing, and dressing patients
Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures
Observe and record resident’s reactions to medications and treatment
Participate in the organization and prioritization of residents and unit activities
Ability to follow a plan of care set forth by the RN/LPN
Report pertinent information to the RN/LPN
Proper documentation of daily ADL's
Exhibits empathy, dignity, respect and concern for resident's well-being
You can do a wide variety of services such as shower assists, shopping, medication reminders, and light housekeeping such as laundry.
