We are looking for CNA - Certified Nursing Assistants to work around Franklin County. Schedule: Flexible shifts Full-time hours Part-time hours 2-hour shifts 8-hour shifts 10+ hour shifts Weekdays Weekends Live-in potential (Has a separate pay range) Benefits (Why CNA or caregivers want to work for us): $15.50–$17.50/hour (based on experience AND SHIFT) $5 shift gas Supplement for every shift you go to! $0.50 per hour Attendance Incentive National Rate Mileage Reimbursement when providing transportation for the client Paid virtual or in-person training Yearly Pay Increase Part-time with a potential for more hours, only if wanted Dental/Vision/Life Ins/ ST Disability/Accidental Critical Illness insurance Holidays paid at Time and a Half Emergency Support Staff available 24/7 Main Responsibilities of the CNA: Running errands Light housekeeping Transporting clients Personal care Meal Prep Requirements of the CNA or Caregiver: 6+ months of hands-on personal care experience At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience Family caregiving experience accepted Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance Willing to undergo a criminal background checks CNA certification is a plus. Requirements
- 6+ months of hands-on personal care experience
- At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience
- Family caregiving experience accepted
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Willing to undergo a criminal background checks
