What You'll Be Doing As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. You’ll help support mealtimes, ensure a safe and clean environment, provide companionship, and offer emotional support. You’ll work closely with the nursing team to meet individual resident needs and will receive thorough training and ongoing support tailored to resident acuity and care plans.
Requirements
- A passion for compassionate care and a desire to grow in a collaborative team environment
- Current CNA certification in the state of California (required)
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Supporting mealtimes
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Working closely with the nursing team to meet individual resident needs
