Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hour + shift differentials and credit given for experience Schedule: Both full-time and part-time shifts evening shifts are available; every other weekend and holiday required. What You'll Do: Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility. Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices. Help maintain a clean and safe environment. Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team. Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required).
- Clean IDPH background record (required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred).
