About The Position

Lone Tree Retirement Community is urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA provides direct resident care and assists with daily living activities while promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our residents.

Requirements

• Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing
• Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, caring, and resident-focused
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care
• CNA
• BLS Certification
• Patient Care
• Nursing
• Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents and families
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members
