About The Position

We are currently looking for experienced caregivers to join our team. Our team of caregivers provide personal care within the walls of the client's own homes. With flexible schedule options and 1 on 1 service for patients this balance allows for a focus of life change service, our mission statement here at Stonebridge Home Care. Our Home Care CNAs work throughout Utah County. Our hours of service are daily with homes needing help from early morning to evening. Typical shift length is 1-1.5 hours in the home. Who we are: Stonebridge Home Care is a personal care company dedicated to promoting safety, independence and comfort in our clients’ homes. We focus on assisting with Activities of Daily Living for our clients that desire home based services. Our amazing CNA’s travel within a localized area in Utah County to help our clients with the following activities: Bathing assistance Restroom assistance Ambulation/transfers for limited mobility Personal Hygiene Cares Light Housekeeping Meal preparation General companionship Minimum Qualifications 18+ Current driver's license and self-vehicle transportation Must be able to pass a drug test and provide authorized to work docs What the Schedule/Location looks like: No Holiday coverage required In-Home Care: CNA's travel to the client's personal residences CNA's needed in all areas of Utah County PRN positions available for CNA's and caregivers CNA's may see multiple clients in a day Benefits Weekly pay Travel time reimbursement Paid orientation/shadow shifts Tuition reimbursement Full-time medical/dental/vision Job Type : Part-time Hourly start wage : $17/hr.
