Part-time with every other weekend (Sat/Sun) required availability Home Helpers Home Care of Aberdeen provides in-home caregiving services to clients living in Cumberland County, Hoke County, Robeson County, and Moore County North Carolina. Requirements

  • REQUIRED: Certified Nursing Assistant I or II license in the state of North Carolina as verified via NC DHHS CNA I and/or II registry.
  • Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary driving record checks and background checks.
  • Access to personal vehicle that is registered and with valid auto insurance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to email and a mobile smart device
  • Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Nice To Haves

  • Prior home care or nursing home experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation/transfers)
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Follow a plan of care
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the direct supervisor
  • Communicate professionally with families and your team
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Aiding with activities of daily living
  • Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
  • Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
