The Job The Certified Nurse Aide will interact directly with residents, providing comfort and care, as well as providing and assisting with their activities of daily living. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to come join our team and be a vital link between our patients, nurses and other facility staff!
Position and Schedule Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant Full-Time Shift: 8 hr. shifts Full Time PRN all Shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with residents, providing comfort and care
• Providing and assisting with their activities of daily living
• Be a vital link between our patients, nurses and other facility staff!
