CNA - Certified Nurses Aide (FT/PRN)
About The Position
Join our Team of Excellence at Wynscape Health & Rehab at Wyndemere, a small 56-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Wheaton! We are looking for compassionate, high-energy individuals with a heart for working with seniors to provide assistance and care for our wonderful residents. Responsibilities include documenting care, providing updates to nurses, maintaining clean and orderly rooms, and answering assistance calls with urgency. Requirements
- CNA Certification required
- A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
- Excellent organizations skills
- 1 year of experience in Senior Living
Responsibilities
- Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising
- Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed
- Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed using Hoyer lifts and other mechanical assists
- Answers signal lights promptly
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly
