Requirements
- Active New York State CNA certification
- Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred (At least 6 months)
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility support and help residents safely transfer
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with feeding and hydration
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
Benefits
- $24/hour base pay
- $36/hour overtime (after 40 hours)
