Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, performing vital sign checks, and maintaining communication with residents and their families. Successful completion of the State CNA/STNA course is required, and certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to seniors in a community setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Communicate resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
