About The Position

Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA (Psych) El Cajon, CA 92021. Wage: $18-$22/hr DOE. Full Time NOC Shifts Available * Per Diem availability too. Bradley Court, a Generations Healthcare facility, is a 56 bed partially secured facility that specializes in the treatment of clients with psychiatric diagnoses. Located on beautiful grounds, our patients suffer varying degrees of physical ailments, and all have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. The facility provides a transition from acute-care psychiatric treatment to a residential setting. We are committed to providing kind, competent and compassionate services to those entrusted to our care and an enjoyable work environment for our staff. Requirements

• Current/Valid CA License Certified Nursing Assistant and BLS provider (CPR Card).
• Preferred experience as a C.N.A in a skilled or behavioral facility.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Follow directives from supervisors regarding patient care.
