Requirements

One year of experience within the past two years of direct client care experience at a facility, hospital or home health agency UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A NURSE or have an active CNA certificate.
Driver’s license
Proof of auto insurance
Original Social Security card or INS authorization to work in the United States
Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday every week
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Reliable transportation to and from work – your own car
