About The Position

We are currently seeking part-tim e , 1st or 2nd shift Resident Care Aides/ Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in Decatur! 6a-2p or 2p-10p We are growing and are looking for an individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to actively provide hands-on care, document daily resident care, condition, and work directly with the Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
• High School Diploma
• 1 Year Prior Experience Working in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
• Willing to work a flexible schedule (1st or 2nd shift, including every other weekend)
• Desire to work with seniors
• Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is preferred

• Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
