Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, incontinent care, foot care, laundry, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Rounds and check-ins changes every two hours. Encourage a calm atmosphere. Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident (change in status).
