Requirements

Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and senior care best practices.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and memory impairments.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide compassionate patient care while monitoring their health and well-being.
Support patients with memory care and cognitive challenges as needed.
Administer first aid and respond to emergencies promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes in condition.
