About The Position
Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Georgetown Summary: Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
Requirements
- Active state CNA certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and companionship
Nice To Haves
- Preferred but not required 1 year experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
