The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is to provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living to meet each resident’s physical, mental, psycho-social, and spiritual needs. Care is provided in accordance with the resident’s individualized, person-centered plan of care, and in compliance with established facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The CNA performs basic nursing procedures and patient care tasks as delegated by licensed nursing staff, promptly reports changes in resident condition, and contributes to the interdisciplinary care process to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care in the care center setting. This position is scheduled between 10-15 hours per 2-week pay period from 5:00pm-10:00pm, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.
