CNA-Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) (while working directly under a nurse's supervision) provide compassionate care to and supervision of children and young adults by working closely with nursing and residential staff. CNA-BHT's are responsible for supervising clients and ensuring their basic needs are being met. They assist clients through completion of ADL's, daily activities and responsibilities by modeling positive behavior and effective problem-solving techniques. CNA-BHT's are responsible for adhering to the Employee Manual, Operations Manual and organizational policies and procedures in completing job responsibilities.
