About The Position

Elite Care Management is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves ensuring the health and well-being of patients, reporting to a Clinical Manager, and utilizing core nursing skills to deliver high-quality care. This position is part-time and PRN, with shifts available primarily on Fridays from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Requirements

• Valid Illinois CNA Certification
• Current CPR Card
• Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• Auto Insurance
• TB Test Results - 2 step or chest x-ray within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON gold blood work within the last 5 years.
