CMT Certified Medication Technician
About The Position
We seek Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) who are interested in joining our team. Support seniors to live better lives by: Assisting seniors with Activities of Daily Living Assisting seniors with seated positioning, ambulating, toileting, showering, etc. Administering medications Creating a home atmosphere along with other teammates Providing companionship and comfort to our seniors Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation Winter Growth is a small 16-bed assisted living home that believes in supporting staff and their families. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED a plus
- Prefer current certification as a CNA
- Active CMT license
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Long Term Care OR recent CNA course
- A passion for enhancing the lives of seniors
