About The Position

The Health Data Platforms team at PA Consulting is a leading provider of managed software services for healthcare quality measurement and reporting. Our Health Data Platforms team is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled CMS Regulatory Specialist to join our team and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations while driving the development of our software products. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in policy, regulatory affairs, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably with a focus on healthcare quality measurement and reporting.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment.
• Understanding of quality measurement, and of CMS quality reporting programs such as MIPS, MACRA, and HEDIS.
• Experience with the regulatory expectations and requirements around these programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in regulatory affairs (e.g., RAC) or product management (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret CMS regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance across all software products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for CMS-related inquiries and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Serve as a Product Owner for the software development team, defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business goals.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of software products to maintain compliance with evolving CMS regulations.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on CMS regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in CMS regulations to proactively address potential impacts on our products.
