About The Position

LegalZoom is seeking a CMS Manager to lead webpage builds for the marketing department. This role requires a subject-matter expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in publishing web content via CMS tools and will be responsible for establishing new workflows and improving processes within the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of CMS tool experience.
• Familiarity with CSS for small modifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strength in tech adoption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to improving personal knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• CMS or coding certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Builder.io.
• Experience with Drupal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing teams to publish marketing web pages and SEO articles.
• Become the subject-matter-expert of Builder.io within the marketing department.
• Contribute to developing a new workflow and propose process improvements.
• Translate designs into a CMS tool using templates and custom components, facilitate QA, and publish web pages.
• Upload and publish content for over 100 articles per month.
• Leverage ClickUp to execute based on prioritized webpages and communicate status updates.
• Own the quality control and post-release monitoring of all marketing pages and articles.
