About The Position

Design, build, and implement technical DRAM products, systems, or processes to improve product quality and/or FAB performance. May telecommute part-time. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Process Engineer-related occupation. Position requires: 1. Process flow application related to area equipment; 2. SPC principles; 3. 4. Physics, area chemistry, and algebraic concepts; 5. DRAM Device Physics; 6. CMP process mechanisms.
