About The Position

The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving semiconductor manufacturing equipment at a facility in Gresham, OR. This role is crucial for optimizing capacity and factory performance within the CMP area, and it involves working in a dynamic team environment.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry.
• 2 years of working experience with CMP, including knowledge of Implant and/or EPI areas, process theory, and equipment mechanics.
• Familiarity with CMP area equipment such as AMAT Mirra/OnTrak, AMAT Mirra/Mesa, IPEC 776/7700, and IPEC Momentum/OnTrak.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve a fleet of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Optimize capacity and factory performance in the CMP area.
• Recognize and address deviations from normal equipment operation.
• Implement the 5S process in the work environment.
