To provide the El Dorado site with expertise in company’s CMMS (J.D. Edwards). This role plays a vital role in managing and optimizing data within the CMMS and ERP systems to support operational efficiency and business goals. Requirements

Proven experience working with CMMS and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, bill of materials (BOM), and their application in manufacturing or production.
Expertise in managing master data within an ERP systems.
Solid skills in database administration and data governance.
Ability to analyze complex product data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CMMS equipment data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all modules.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of bill of materials (BOM) to support production and operational needs.
Administer master data, ensuring CMMS records are up-to-date and aligned with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies or system issues.
Analyze and interpret product data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Implement best practices for database administration and data governance within the CMMS system.
After becoming a master user, provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to CMMS data management.
