The CMMS Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting multiple departments within the Central Florida Division-South Region by managing and optimizing the Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). This position involves data validation, equipment tagging, and ensuring compliance with operational initiatives, all while maintaining effective communication with various teams. The analyst is expected to manage projects with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and contribute to outstanding customer service.

  • Support CMMS application(s) to optimize operational effectiveness and improve existing Support Services business processes.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of AH Support Services business processes and practice requirements.
  • Contribute ideas and system knowledge to increase team/project effectiveness.
  • Work with internal department leadership and Corporate technical/functional teams to communicate gaps and ensure timely solutions.
  • Explore and accept creative solutions for operational optimization.
  • Maintain and complete documentation during projects as assigned.
  • Work closely with the CMMS Training Manager to provide necessary information for onboarding end-users.
  • Act as a resource/liaison to end-users.
  • Escalate, report, and document system and/or user issues using the CMMS application.
  • Enter and update medical equipment records into the database.
  • Develop appropriate preventive maintenance schedules with Support Services Leadership and Staff.
  • Run routine reports and documents related to PM scheduling and work order completion.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
