About The Position

The CMMS Administrator OpX Manager position will provide technical and hands on support to both internal Aramark and external client partners.

Requirements

  • Must be knowledgeable in GMPs, Allergens, HAACP, etc.
  • Must be willing to complete trainings, courses, certifications, and other material to further develop and stay current with changing laws and regulations.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours; this may include nights and/or weekends at times.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Follow all Aramark & Client policies such as safety, labor, GMPs, etc. as well as Local, State and Federal laws and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain master data, upload/update data/records, within the CMMS.
  • Is the Subject Matter Expert for the CMMS administration of Aramark's sanitation and MSS process.
  • Provides technical and CMMS administrative support to support the field as required.
  • Tracks request and ensures timely resolution to requests.
  • Ensures frontline users are trained/knowledgeable of user level expectations.
  • Provide training both internal and external on proper data entry specific to application functionality and features.
  • Ensures compliance with all food safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in development of key performance indicators, metrics, and reporting for senior leadership.
  • Travel to different locations for audit support and provide internal auditing.
  • Perform support to different accounts and training to onsite management with sanitation needs.
  • Train sanitation personnel on Sanitation Procedures, proper chemical usage, and handling.
  • Assists with policy, procedures, and paperwork to ensure that all Company and Customer standards are achieved in assigned plant.
