CMMC Compliance Analyst
About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional with experience implementing and operationalizing the CMMC framework. The IAM governance and compliance specialist will be primarily responsible for the enablement of documentation, processes, and evidence generation to comply with CMMC guidelines and requirements within the Identity and Access Management service for a Fortune 50 company. The duties will include, but not be limited to: • Enabling a CMMC and ISO27001 compliant IAM environments in support of key enterprise initiatives. • Ensuring proper documentation of all CMMC and ISO process for the IAM components including evidence generation • Managing the process and resources by which the service, process, policies, and controls are documented. • Leading the knowledge management process to support continuing quality improvement. • Population and management of the IAM control framework
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree; or extensive equivalent experience in a compliance or governance position.
- A minimum of 5 years compliance experience, including experience in enterprise security governance and in identity and access management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and presenting material to groups and leaders outside of their primary work group.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on federal projects would be a plus
