What You'll Get Starting pay from $15–$35/hr depending on experience and training levels. Pay increases as you advance through our structured skill and certification program. Learn to operate CMMs and advanced form and surface measurement systems. Inspect precision components used in high‑performance engines. Comfort with basic hand tools (or willingness to learn). Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. High school diploma or technical‑school training. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
