Join our team and make an impact in precision manufacturing! We’re looking for a skilled CMM Technician to support our measurement lab and quality processes. Requirements

3+ years in Quality or related field.
Skilled in Blueprint Reading, official CMM training, and use of gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA, and Process Capability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with production teams.

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary education in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

Create and run CMM programs for assembly and component measurements.
Perform calibration and adjustment of assembly devices.
Conduct product/process capability analysis, audits, and root cause investigations.
Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.
Collect and analyze measurement data, validate equipment, and assist with PPAP and PSO activities.
React promptly to out-of-spec conditions and stop production when necessary for safety or quality concerns.
