CMM Technician – 3rd Shift (Onsite Only) 📍 Location: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653🕒 Shift: 3rd Shift (M-F, 10PM - 6:30AM)✅ Onsite Only – No Remote Option⚡ Hiring Immediately! Join our team and make an impact in precision manufacturing! We’re looking for a skilled CMM Technician to support our measurement lab and quality processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with CMM programming and calibration, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Quality or related field.
  • Skilled in Blueprint Reading, official CMM training, and use of gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA, and Process Capability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with production teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Create and run CMM programs for assembly and component measurements.
  • Perform calibration and adjustment of assembly devices.
  • Conduct product/process capability analysis, audits, and root cause investigations.
  • Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Collect and analyze measurement data, validate equipment, and assist with PPAP and PSO activities.
  • React promptly to out-of-spec conditions and stop production when necessary for safety or quality concerns.
