• Demonstrated experience with calipers for internal and external measurements
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and product specifications
• Experience in maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting CMM machinery
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for efficient reporting and documentation
• Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Develop intermediate to advanced CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso
• Generate detailed inspection plans and document them
• Evaluate product conformance based on data derived from CMM
• Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and depth micrometers
• Prepare layout and dimensional CMM reports
• Participate in the organization's continuous improvement culture
• Manage the ballooning of customer prints and drawings
• Develop instructions for CMM set-up and operation for different programs.
