Conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality.
Identify and communicate areas for improvement.
Write CMM programs from customer-supplied .stp and Catia files.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as surface plates, height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and profilometers.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Write AS9100 First Article Reports.
Integrate with Net Inspect.
Collaborate with team members and management on quality issues.

Proficiency in using Zeiss CMM with Calypso software.
Ability to write CMM programs from customer-supplied .stp and Catia files.
Experience with precision measuring instruments such as surface plates, height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and profilometers.
Experience in writing AS9100 First Article Reports.
Experience with integrating with Net Inspect.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience working with aerospace products is strongly preferred.
Firm understanding of shop math, engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Experience with CMM programming and operation using Zeiss Calypso.
Knowledge of ANSI Y14.5M dimensioning tolerance.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Ability to conduct and participate in cause and corrective action investigations and prepare associated documentation.
