Van-Am Tool & Engineering is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer skilled in PolyWorks to join our Quality Assurance team in St. Joseph, MO . Requirements
- 2+ years CMM programming experience (PolyWorks preferred).
- Strong GD&T and metrology knowledge.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain CMM programs in PolyWorks.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) to AS9102 requirements.
- Apply GD&T and blueprint reading skills to ensure part compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
- Maintain CMM calibration and program library.
