Are you experienced with CMM programming and ready to take your precision measurement skills to the next level? We're hiring a CMM Programmer to support complex aerospace manufacturing operations. In this onsite role, you'll develop and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS and/or Calypso, interpret technical drawings, and support inspection activities for high-precision components.

  • Create, optimize, and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS or Calypso for inspection of aerospace components.
  • Test, debug, and refine existing CMM programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering requirements.
  • Support offline programming using 3D models created in NX or other CAD systems.
  • Interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and process sheets to ensure accurate measurement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve inspection-related issues and maintain flow on the shop floor.
  • Maintain documentation and update inspection programs in line with production changes or quality standards.
  • Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and/or Calypso CMM programming.
  • Experience with Zeiss or Hexagon CMM machines strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with NX or similar CAD software for 3D model-based programming.
  • Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR-regulated work.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
