With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have an experienced CMM Programmer / Operator join our team.

CMM Programmer / Operator Job Description:
Write inspection programs using PC-DMIS.
Perform part layouts, capability studies, GRR & gage inspections.

Requirements

• Proficient with PC-DMIS, Datapage, GD&T and Statistics.
• Able to write, edit & debug CMM measurement programs.
• Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers & height gage/indicator.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years minimum experience programming a CMM using PC-DMIS.
• Working knowledge of geometry and trigonometry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills (both verbally & written).
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Must be highly motivated, able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
• Deal with multiple tasks, perform complex and varied tasks with a strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter able to work alone and in groups.
