About The Position

We are seeking a CMM Programmer/Operator to join our Quality Team in a critical role supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing. This position plays a vital part in ensuring highly engineered components meet exacting customer and regulatory requirements, where precision, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential to product performance and safety. Using advanced Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment and inspection tools, this role supports production from first article through final inspection. The CMM Programmer/Operator works closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to verify dimensional compliance, identify issues early, and support continuous quality improvement. In addition to hands-on inspection and programming, this role contributes to our Quality Management System and offers a strong development path for individuals interested in advancing into a future Quality Engineer position.
