Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience using common inspection and measurement tools
- Availability to work swing shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45 p.m.-1:45 a.m.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-focused environment
- A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality
Responsibilities
- Inspecting and approving plated and processed parts, including anodize, paint, chem film, and other finishing processes
- Verifying product conformance to blueprints using micrometers, calipers, CMM, surface plates, optical comparators, and other inspection tools
- Completing inspection documentation and records in compliance with AS9100 standards
- Auditing product and procedures to ensure ongoing AS9100 compliance
- Collaborating with manufacturing and quality team members to support continuous improvement
