About The Position
Ensure that tasks are completed according to specifications, Concerto, and Intuiflow. Maintain a solid understanding of GD&T. Develop inspection programs using the latest CMM software. Identify fixtures, hardware, and software needs for CMM inspections. Develop and maintain CMM related to QMS processes. Research latest digital inspection technology. Reverse engineer parts and molds as needed. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, record times to jobs accurately, and process and approve timecards for subordinates. Complete performance reviews of subordinates.
Requirements
- Formal education: 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of CAD software
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
- Must be able to sue basic computer operations relative to data entry.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer ERP system experience and proficiency in PolyWorks CMM software (or equivalent).
