About The Position
Harper Engineering Co. is looking for someone with CMM Programming and FAI experience to join our Quality Assurance Team. As a key member of the Quality team, the CMM-FAI Technician will be responsible for ensuring product requirements are met and documented properly within CMM and/or AS9102 reports. The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish priorities and schedules to meet dates based on internal/external customer needs. The CMM-FAI Technician ensures product compliance and customer confidence. Through the measurement of production parts to 3D models, they’ll generate dimensional as well as AS9102 reports when needed to ensure the full compliance of Harper’s processes to product requirements. They will work closely with other departments to enhance product and process quality. The role will support the QA inspection team as well through knowledge of GD&T and model interpretation. This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
