About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CME and accredited educational activities. Duties include speaker and planner coordination, creating advertising, maintaining accreditation documentation, managing workflows, supporting software platforms, and performing ongoing data analysis. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and comprehensively supports program operations. REPORTS TO: Director of Operations, Department of Pediatrics and Continuing Medical Education JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supervisory Responsibilities: NO Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (example: Business Admin; Data Analytics, Health Services Management, Information Systems/Informatics, Education) License/Certifications Preferred: Microsoft Office Specialist; Data Analyst Professional Certification; CHCP; Crucial Conversations; Canva experience Minimum Work Experience: 2 years; healthcare preferred; experience working with ACCME requirements preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: - Strong time management, problem-solving, negotiation skills - Exceptional communication skills - Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask - Strong customer service skills - Data mining, analysis, summarization, visualization and reporting skills - Ability to work independently -Project management -Event planning -Comfortable with various software platforms -Creativity -Proficient in Outlook, Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Forms, Teams, SharePoint -Advanced Excel user DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accreditation & Compliance CME Planning & Operations Technology & Workflow Management Data Analysis & Reporting Communication Other Responsibilities as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light lifting (10-20 lbs), frequent sitting, some standing, walking, bending, repetitive computer use. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (example: Business Admin; Data Analytics, Health Services Management, Information Systems/Informatics, Education)
