About The Position

Project Name: The Data Center Colocation and Migration Project TASKS & DUTIES: Audit and validate existing CMDB records (servers, storage, network devices, and applications.). Map dependencies between infrastructure components. Validate discovered data against CMDB records. Set up automated discovery for post-move validation. Ensure configuration items (CIs) reflect the new data center environment post-move. REQUIRED SKILLS Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, including CI classes, relationships, and data models Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery (MID Server, probes, sensors, patterns) Understanding of IT infrastructure components: servers, storage, network devices, and application tiers Ability to perform data audits and reconcile discovered data against existing CMDB records Basic understanding of dependency mapping and infrastructure topology Familiarity with ITIL concepts related to Configuration Management 1–2 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration or configuration Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow Discovery in a lab or production environment Experience conducting data validation or audit activities in an ITSM context Familiarity with data center infrastructure concepts (physical or virtual environments) If you are interested in getting more information about this opportunity, please contact Irina Rozenberg [email protected] at your earliest convenience. Requirements

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery (MID Server, probes, sensors, patterns)
