About The Position
The ServiceNow CMDB Architect is a specialized role focused on the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for federal customers. This position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, particularly in IT Asset Management, and involves managing various technical aspects of CMDB, including data integrations, governance, and stakeholder communication. The architect will also support ITSM processes and ensure adherence to technical design standards while driving continuous improvement in the IT Configuration framework.
