Position Summary The role is responsible for defining and implementing the vision and strategy that translates our global quality standards into efficient, innovative, and compliant R&D processes that enhance our business performance and create a competitive advantage. This includes overseeing core Quality Systems and Processes (e.g., Documentation, Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and GMP training), driving Quality digital transformation, continuous improvement, and governance within Quality Systems and Data. As a key member of the Quality R&D Leadership Team, the role ensures alignment with the Global Quality QS&D team, fosters a culture of learning and capability development in R&D Quality and DDS, and supports compliance with regulatory requirements, audits.
