About The Position
The Spread Products Banking Analyst would be joining the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities ('CMBS') Securitization team within the CMBS and Real Estate Finance group at Citi. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of real estate capital markets transactions, including but not limited to the primary issuance of both private label conduit and single-asset, single-borrower ('SASB') transactions, Agency CMBS, and CRE CLOs. Through on-the-job training, their role will evolve as they learn the various products and are ready to take on additional responsibility.
