Uses electronic medical record system proficiently as primary source of documentation of all patient visits and correspondence. Able to perform most duties of the front office, including registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, collecting monies and routing patient issues to the proper area for resolution. Assists with scanning documents into EMR. Completes all required training when scheduled and on time. Practices work in a safe manner, following proper protocols of infection control, accident prevention and proper body mechanics. Attends meetings/training sessions as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.
